The Conifer Co. is a consulting firm specializing in spatial consulting, vision casting, and small-scale redevelopment projects. We work with businesses, faith-based organizations, and municipalities to reimagine and transform spaces—aligning physical environments with broader goals and community vision. By combining strategic consulting with active development, we help turn underutilized spaces into vibrant, people-centered destinations that drive economic growth and foster meaningful connections.

Our expertise lies in crafting innovative solutions that address both the design and strategic needs of each project. This extends especially to our work with churches and faith-based organizations, where we help leaders reimagine their campuses for mission, growth, and long-term sustainability. Whether through public space development, placemaking, revitalizing downtowns and Main Streets, or transforming church facilities into vibrant ministry environments, we create dynamic, functional spaces that support local identity, enhance community engagement, and spur revitalization.

We don't just advise—we also actively lead redevelopment efforts, delivering tailored, small-scale real estate projects that have a lasting impact. Beyond physical transformation, we offer comprehensive marketing, promotion, and public relations strategies to attract investment and strengthen community ties. At The Conifer Co., we are committed to breathing new life into public spaces and urban areas through a blend of consulting, creative problem-solving, and hands-on development, ensuring long-term vitality, authenticity, and enduring success.
